The Role

As a UX/UI Designer ****you will create visually compelling and user-friendly designs that align with our innovative product offerings. You will play a key role in ensuring an streamlined user experience across all platforms and interfaces. The role reports to the UX/UI Lead, and you will be working with both senior leaders and a capable team of engineers in a highly-collaborative, remote-first environment based in NZ.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements.
• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across our products.
• Work with external partners to gather user research and analytics and use this to evolve our product.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our design processes.
• Champion user-centric design principles.
• Utilise your product experience to guide us in making strategic decisions that lead to early, efficient results.
• Implement designs that are clear, concise, tested, and easily understood by others.
• Present and share ideas with confidence.
